Refused package, custom charges not paid

In the event where a package is not claimed or refused, the package will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for package that are not claimed or refused. If the courier does return the package back to the sender our returns team will issue a refund for the returned item(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Safe place authorized

If you nominate a safe place or neighbor for your delivery, you authorize the courier to leave your package without obtaining a signature or direct acceptance. Delivery to your nominated safe place or neighbor will be considered as successfully completed.

By choosing this option, you accept full responsibility and liability for the package once it has been delivered according to your instructions. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery to the selected safe place or neighbor, and we will be unable to provide a refund or replacement for any such issues.

You should check with all residents at the delivery address and any nominated neighbors if the package cannot be located. If you believe the package has been stolen, you should report the matter to your local authorities.
